Pass Vigneron at Château Balsamine

Christelle and Christophe welcome you for a guided tour, from the vineyard to the cellar, where you will discover their traditional winemaking methods before tasting their wines, which will have a completely different flavor.

Just 3 km from Gaillac, Château Balsamine is a 15-hectare family-run estate with vineyards and olive trees. Since 2006, Christelle and Christophe Merle have been producing red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines that showcase Gaillac’s traditional grape varieties.

Their philosophy is clear: honest, approachable wines rooted in their terroir. Notable cuvées include Un Ange Passe, L’École Buissonnière, and Doux Mur-Mur.
