Mr and Mrs Poiseau are the kind of elderly couple we dream of becoming: they know each other inside out and delight in constantly shaking up their habits.

For Mrs Poiseau’s 75th birthday, Mr Poiseau went all out and organised a surprise afternoon party. By secretly moving part of their kitchen into the street to prepare their favourite recipe, he planned everything… or almost.

His wife, himself and the audience are in for plenty of surprises: laughter, pranks and a delightfully decadent recipe punctuate this extraordinary birthday celebration.
