The president of the Tarn truffle growers' association has mobilized his teams to present and sell Tarn truffles on stands every Saturday from 8am, with a traditional bugle call to open the market. Curious visitors and buyers alike will be able to meet the producers, who are never short of good advice on how to use this prestigious product.
