Independent gîte, close to the owner's house. This gite is an old, renovated house and opens onto an exterior that is not enclosed but bounded by a fence. Next to the gite is a carport, and to the rear is a covered terrace with garden furniture. The lawn area is private, flower-filled and shaded, with a garden shed, picnic table, barbecue, table tennis, sandpit and relax area. Cosy interior featuring wood. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, shower room, wc. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds). Central heating. Sheets and towels available for hire, cleaning service at end of stay extra.
