Between Lautrec and Castres, in Puycalvel, this single-storey detached gîte offers the ideal setting for a peaceful getaway for two, surrounded by nature. You’re in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne, a region known for its charming villages, dovecotes, rolling hills and rich local heritage. Nearby, you can stroll through the narrow streets of Lautrec, famous for its pink garlic, explore Castres and its Goya museum, or spend the day in Albi, whose episcopal city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The gîte, with a surface area of 80 m², features a spacious and bright living area with an open kitchen, dining space, and a lounge with a connected TV. It includes a comfortable bedroom with a 200x200 bed, a bathroom with WC, and direct access to a private terrace with a barbecue.

The gîte is part of a welcoming estate shared with other accommodations. On-site, you’ll find many amenities: a solar-heated swimming pool (12 x 6 m) secured by a fence, trampoline, swing set, ping-pong, table football, darts, board games… an outdoor playground in the countryside! High-speed fibre wifi is available throughout the property, and private parking is provided.

The gîte has electric heating and a wood-burning stove (wood provided), ideal for cosy evenings in all seasons. Washing machine and dryer are shared.

Pets are welcome, and you’ll enjoy meeting the estate’s horses, dogs, cats, and chickens.
