Located in Payrin, this large 19th-century stone house is the perfect base for exploring the Tarn region. Nearby, the Thoré River delights fishing enthusiasts, while trails leading to the Causse invite you to go for scenic walks. Just minutes from Mazamet, Castres and the Montagne Noire, the house is ideally located for discovering the region.
Surrounding landscapes offer countless experiences: hiking trails, outdoor activities, golf, local producers’ markets or even a Michelin-starred dinner at Villa Pinewood. Whether with family or friends, it’s easy to plan a stay combining relaxation, games and local discoveries.

With 260 m² of living space, the house accommodates up to 10 guests.
On the ground floor, a spacious entrance leads to the living areas:
· On one side, a generously equipped kitchen with range cooker, oven, dishwasher, convivial dining area and direct access to the terrace and garden
· On the other, a large living room with children’s play area, fireplace (wood provided) and smart TV
A double bedroom with a 160x200 bed overlooking the garden, a large shower room with washing machine and dryer, and a separate WC complete this level.

Upstairs, four additional bedrooms:
· A large suite with 160x200 bed, private shower room and WC
· One bedroom with a 160x200 bed and washbasin
· Another bedroom with a 160x200 bed
· A final bedroom with two 90x200 trundle beds
Also upstairs: a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a separate WC, and a large lounge with library, pool table and board games.

At the rear of the house, a shaded terrace beneath a century-old lime tree welcomes summer meals or quiet reading moments. The unfenced, tree-filled and flowered garden invites relaxation, with shaded corners, a treehouse and a secure swimming pool (10x4 m, 1.5 m deep), perfect on sunny days.
