This Town House is located in the historic Magdalen, district on the right bank of the Tarn and two steps from the famous Navigator Lapérouse Museum. The garden of the Museum, is offered to you the most beautiful view of Albi Tarn and the Cathedral. You access the historical heart along the Pont Vieux (from the 11th century) or the new bridge which will take you to the Cathedral in seven minutes on foot and then to Saint-Salvi cloister, the Grand Theatre and cinemas (15 minutes walk), the square of Vigan, and shops. After a good day of discovery, enjoy the sunset reflected on water and the Albigensian brick, a terrace or on a bench. For invigorating holidays, don't miss the Green breakaway, a surprising urban hike in full nature of eight kms. Very nice renovated town house in 2015, in Albi town centre, classified by UNESCO World Heritage of humanity. The entrance of the cottage is Rue Porta. Access to the floor by an internal staircase leading to a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The space is bright and crossing. At this level, include a laundry room and a wc. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a large bathroom and a 2nd toilet. Upon arrival, leslits are made, the towels are provided, you just have to sit.
