It is a very pleasant and shady route open to cyclists, which winds gently downhill through restful landscapes dotted with fields of rape, windmills and sunflowers.

Lovers of history and culture can visit Sorèze, with its abbey school and glass museum, the castle and ramparts of the medieval city of Carcassonne, or discover Toulouse, the pink city, with its Space Museum, Aeronautics Museum and Natural History Museum, which will delight children and adults alike.
