A farmhouse of the eighteenth on the Albigensian hills. Its buildings in stone and mudbrick, long preserved by old coatings, have reopened their doors after a respectful restoration work. Architecture reading, after having dropped old coated with lime, we discovered that the old House had to be initially a simple fold: two parts one for animals. Feeders, made of big Ridge tiles shaped by hand, are still in place. It would seem that an addition has been made to store hay and grain. It became probably in the 19th century that the old House is House. Certainly date from this time the new barn topped of his barn, the Dovecote and the small Winery. Pigeon breeding is allowed to recover fertilizer for the garden, and the farmers of the Maresque weren't left to produce their own wine (region of Gaillac requires).
10 minutes of Albi, the hamlet of the Maresque includes two houses (as well as the House of the owners) of great comfort, with very neat decoration (patinas, stencils). They are independent and without opposite, each with their garden. In large, sunken meadow open on the hills nearby, country setting, with centenarians, fruit trees and source.
