The cottage is a country house, a former farmhouse, fully restored, of approximately 180m², with a private swimming pool, pétanque court, and large garden, right next to the Grésigne forest, on the road leading from Tonnac to Saint Antonin Noble Val.
Ideally located in the Tarn, close to the most beautiful villages in France, between the Gorges de l'Aveyron and the Pays des Bastides… You will visit Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi, Penne, Bruniquel, Albi and its episcopal city (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Gaillac and its vineyards, all just 1 hour from Toulouse airport.
The cottage boasts a huge garden, a front courtyard, a private swimming pool (dimensions 10x4.3m, depth 1.5m), and several terraces under a pergola.
To relax, there are deckchairs, a hammock, and garden furniture, while your children can have fun on the slide or climbing frame.
The bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs, while the living areas are on the ground floor. The cottage can accommodate up to ten people.
