The Gite at n°1 Castelnau de Montmiral

3 minutes gentle stroll from the village centre, a light, bright, airy, cosy gite, standing in an enclosed garden with a private swimming pool, a historic well, and jaw dropping views.

Uniquely located, with stunning panoramas over the Gresigne Valley, offering the chance to witness not just glorious sunsets, but with the lifting of the morning mists the discovery of the beauty of the area during all the seasons.

The gite remains cool in the hot summer months, and is warm and cosy during the winter months. It benefits from Freeview TV and Radio offering all the usual UK Channels as well as a number of international channels.

There is one bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed available in the lounge. The shower room and toilet are accessed independently from the lounge bedroom through a small lobby.

There is plenty of garden furniture and outdoor cushions and umbrellas, as well as a choice of outdoor dining terraces and of course, a barbecue for guest use.

It is both quiet and very private, with its own entrance.
