The Maison de la Charcuterie presents the history of charcuterie through the history of Lacaune.
For centuries, the Monts de Lacaune region has been home to a wealth of gourmet know-how, the fruit of the talent of its people and the complicity of its land. Discover the origins of charcuterie in our mountains, as well as the technical advances that have enabled salting to become a real economic activity.
