Arts of Sugar and Chocolate’s Museum – Yves Thuriès

A permanent and unique exhibition in the world of sugar and chocolate masterpieces, following themes such as the Middle Ages, mythology, tales and legends. A number of these masterpieces were awarded with prizes during major national and international competitions.

In 1988, Yves Thuriès, twice elected Best Worker in France, created his pastry laboratory in the beautiful Prunet house. One year later, he integrated an exhibition on "the art of sugar and chocolate" in an original setting, with display cases of all shapes and sizes allowing visitors to discover a marvellous and gourmet world, made up of exceptional masterpieces, many of which have won prizes in major national and international competitions.

During the visit, discover most of the techniques of artistic work with sugar and chocolate and appreciate, thanks to the diversity of the subjects exhibited, the possibilities of creation from a support as unusual and noble as sugar and chocolate.
