Fromagerie de Lamarque

Our family farm prioritises pasture-based farming to produce local dairy products directly on site.
Thanks to the tender grass of the Anglès plateau, our ewes produce rich and flavourful milk, perfect for making yoghurts, small curds and cheeses.

We transform only the milk produced on our farm into yoghurts, small curds, cheeses and more, while respecting a seasonal rest for our ewes (and for ourselves).
This approach allows us to be certified with the labels “Valeurs Parc naturel régional” and “Bienvenue à la ferme”.
