This traditional fish farm is one of the last to reproduce fario trout. The rainbow and fario trout fry are raised in the running waters of two streams.
Fresh whole trout or trout fillets, rillettes, trout-based accras, crayfish depending on the season, packaged and made in the traditional way, on site, at the fish farm.
Come and fish for trout with your family or friends! For on-site fishing, you can borrow equipment, picnic tables and a barbecue.
