La Fajole

We are Corinne and Zacharie, farmer-bakers based in Murat-sur-Vèbre.

We grow Lacaune bearded wheat using organic farming methods, mill our own flour on the farm using an Astrié mill (with a Sidobre granite stone wheel), and make natural sourdough bread baked in a wood-fired oven in our bakery on the farm.

We work exclusively with fresh flour and a slow sourdough fermentation process to produce exceptional bread that is both digestible and nutritious.
