La Safranette is a place of production and transformation of organic saffron into various sweet and savoury dishes, which also proposes cultural events.
It welcomes and sells its products at the farm by appointment, welcomes groups and offers tours of the saffron farm, training courses, etc.
La Safranette's organic saffron is a pure, top-of-the-range saffron thanks to our methods of picking, pruning, drying and packaging.
From 2022, La Safranette will open its doors to offer "sunset" aperitifs, concert and show evenings, "resto-sieste" lunches in the heart of nature and saffron-flavoured gourmet breaks during the day.
By reservation, you can also privatise the site for birthdays and country weddings, enjoy "sunrise" breakfasts, weekend brunches, natural saffron snacks and group meals at lunchtime or in the evening.
