Au Cabanon de Puycelsi, is a small restaurant run by a couple with a passion for gastronomy and travel.
On the menu, fresh, seasonal and local products, all home-cooked with a touch of elsewhere!

Farm beef from Aubrac, duck with foie gras from the South West, vegetables from small producers in the area, or cheeses from traditional neighbouring farms, make up our menu. Our wines are the fruit of the know-how of selected independent winegrowers of the Cordais plateau in AOC and AOP Gaillac. They all express a qualitative approach of reasoned and organic culture.
