Nicolas Brard, fresh food lover, has asked to the Chef Patrice Gelbart to elaborate a menu for his restaurant next to the St. Ferreol lake.

The Chef Patrice Gelbart develops a generous cuisine inspired by the "Slow Food" movement, made with local and organic products.

You will enjoy beautiful dishes in a bright hall, decorated in a modern and meticulous way, and heated with a chimney. If you prefer to eat outside, the terrace with view on the St. Ferreol lake awaits you.
