Market of Villeneuve-sur-Tarn

The Mini Market will take place every Sunday from 9am to 12pm from 11 September 2022 until 25 June 2023 in the off-season, in the square in front of the church.

In summer from 6 July 2022 to 31 August 2022, the mini-market takes place on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 10pm with the possibility of eating on site!

Once a village full of shopkeepers, Villeneuve has seen its shops close one after the other over the years. As fatality is not an option for us, and even less so for the newcomers, it was necessary to give life back to this village at all costs. In order to survive, every human being needs food and contact with even a small circle of people. What better way to do this than with a weekly market. The idea caught on and a handful of local producers took over the village square every Sunday morning.
