De l’abeille au nichoir

Beekeeper in Monestiés in the Tarn, the bee of Cérou aims to make you discover the world of bees and forget the notion of yield, protect bees and beyond other pollinating insects, the environment.

From the bee to the nest box

Beekeeper in Monestiés, I make you discover the apiary and the honey farm and I propose workshops DIY nature for children and adults.

To encourage biodiversity, I make nest boxes and other shelters. Placed in a tree, in a hedge, under the lean-to, your nest box will quickly welcome its guests, bird or small fauna of the garden.

I mainly use local, untreated woods; it can be fruit or other woods collected during wanderings in nature but also other plants that will then be braided.

Each shelter is handcrafted in the workshop in Monestiés. It is covered with a pretty board or a lauze. It is unique.

Welcoming birds to the garden is to make it more alive
It is to favour other pollinators
It is to help biodiversity

Without forgetting to sow a sprig of wild flowers at the bottom of the garden and leave it for the little animals . . .
