The Secrets of the Old Mill
It has overlooked the village since the 17th century and operated for more than 150 years. It was restored in 1991 using the techniques and plans of the time. Today, it is one of the few windmills still used to produce flour.
The miller’s explanations will introduce you to the many facets of this ancient craft (a demonstration may be offered if wind conditions permit).
