Who says there was not a resident brewery in Castres? In partnership with the Tourism Office, discover Burtonian microbrewery through a "sparkling" guided visit.

Gary Trussell, brewer of Irish origin, produces his own beer recipe, a subtle balance of english hops and malt, giving you the authentic taste of an english ale. Discover a few of his secrets of the making of beers. Explanations, tastings(*) and stories are on the program.
