Michel Belin is one of France's finest chocolatiers and patissiers, with a range of original creations. Come and discover our wide range of products in our shop, decorated in the warm colours of the Albigensian brick.

In our shop, surrounded by the warm colours of Albi brick, discover our wide variety of delicacies: from small "nibbles" to soft, fragrant ganaches: flavoured with liquorice, orgeat, ginger and lime, and rose, or pralines, traditional or surprising, such as the "Unexpected" with smoked almonds.

Michel Belin is also a pastry chef (Best Pastry Chef of the Year 2000 in the Pudlo Guide and a member of the Relais Dessert International association).
