It’s a bakery, a cookie lab, a pastry lab, a catering lab, and a grocery store.
All our breads are made from organic ingredients with an artisanal and creative spirit. They are entirely handmade. The dough is allowed to ferment for up to 48 hours to bring out the full flavors of each grain.
