In each of our points of sale, we want to be as close as possible to our customers. This is why we decided to listen to them and sell our products directly.

This family business created in 1995 quickly established itself in artisanal charcuterie with products to delight the taste buds. With its brand APALHAT, an Occitan term which means raised on straw, the Millas charcuterie works with a weighed down pig raised on straw. Among its specialties, its bougnette, a local delicacy, its succulent saucisson and its good ham dried in a natural dryer. And of course, a wide variety of regional products: fresh sausage, fricandeaux, melsats, friton...

- Costumes for young and old!!!
- A picnic area with barbecue, playground for children and pétanque court.
-Guided tour in July and August, by reservation
