Located at the center of the triangle formed by “Red” Albi, Castres, and “Pink” Toulouse, this 55-square-meter apartment features a personalized vintage atmosphere with all the comforts you could wish for and is adjacent to the owners’ home.
On the ground floor, the bright living area has been designed with your comfort in mind—a living room with a 140-sofa bed, a bookshelf, and a TV corner with a DVD player and stereo system.
The functional and stylish built-in kitchen opens onto the vegetable garden and is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a combination oven/microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Nespresso coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue, and crêpe sets...
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, has been decorated with a glass paste mosaic by a local artist from the Tarn region.
