Lautrec is a great starting point for hiking or biking trips right from the village. You can park your car nearby and explore everything on foot.
This house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying our beautiful region: Castres, Albi, Ambialet, Cordes-sur-Ciel, and the Gaillac vineyards.
A spacious 240 m² family home, completely renovated across three levels.
- On the ground floor, you’ll find a small game room, a large 25 m² kitchen, and a 40 m² living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a range and two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a traditional coffee maker, an Italian espresso machine, and a Nespresso machine, as well as a kettle and a toaster.
- On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms with closets, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room.
- On the top floor, there’s a large 60 m² master suite with a magnificent view of the Lautrec mill and the valley below.
The house faces due south and stays cool and comfortable during the summer thanks to its stone walls. The top floor is nevertheless equipped with air conditioning for added comfort on hot days, as the room features large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a magnificent view of the Lautrec mill and the valley.
There is a 150 m² lawn, a dining area under an arbor shaded by wisteria, and a private saltwater pool (8x3.80 m) with a deck where children can play; the pool is secured by a built-in electric roller cover.
In the laundry room, you’ll find a washing machine and a large drying rack.
You’ll also find a plancha grill and a Weber barbecue next to the terrace.
The house is located in the heart of the Village, where you’ll find two bakeries, a grocery store, and several restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, and tapas).
Aquaval, a water park with slides that kids love, is just a 5-minute drive away.
