A lovely timber-framed cottage with a huge wooded plot. Brand new, it's waiting for its first guests.
Gather your whole family or friends for a vacation in the Pays de Cocagne, enjoy the riches of the Tarn, and relax in the evening by the pool and terrace, reserved just for you!
Lavaur is 12 km away, with a wide selection of shops, a beautiful old town, and
two markets per week, including the Saturday morning market, one of the most renowned in the region.

Large living room (58m²) which includes a kitchen area with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, etc. A central island separates the kitchen from the dining area and the living room equipped with a wood-burning stove.

For your meals, two tables can accommodate 12 guests.
On the ground floor, you will also find the first bedroom (double bed 140x190) with sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, on the large landing, there is a TV and video area, then four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
A crib and baby seat are available for loan.

Garden chairs and armchairs, a coffee table, deckchairs, and hammocks are available for reading or napping in the shade of the oak trees. An outdoor kitchen area is provided with a Weber charcoal barbecue at your disposal.

Leisure activities: numerous board games, including Carrom, and a small library.
Outdoor games: badminton, pétanque, Finnish skittles, etc.

Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as pool towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Baby equipment available upon request.
