** THE COTTAGE **
The cottage is attached to the owners’ home but has no adjoining rooms; it features a private garden, terrace, and entrance. The pool is covered but unheated, shared with the owners; dimensions: 9x4m, depth: 0.6m to 1.80m.

First floor:
- master bedroom (one double bed 140x190 cm, crib), bathroom (tub, toilet).
