The complex includes a studio apartment and the owner’s residence.

The property has retained its medieval charm while offering all modern comforts. The pool is shared with guests staying in the studio.
The cottage is spread over three levels and has a total area of 140 m².
Access is via the ground floor: a summer room with outdoor furniture, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs: a 65 m² living area comprising a living room (large corner sofa, TV, and DVD player), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher). 1 bedroom, 14 m² (1 160-bed), 1 bedroom, 12 m² (1 140-bed), 1 bedroom without exterior windows, 11 m² (2 90-cm beds), and a 9 m² loft (1 140-cm bed). Two bathrooms, 9 and 4 m² respectively (shower, toilet, towel-warming radiators). Crib and high chair, reversible air conditioning in the living area, heating, Wi-Fi. Sheets, linens, and towels provided.

Private outdoor area: large, unpaved, private gravel courtyard belonging to the cottage, parking, patio furniture, barbecue.
Shared outdoor area: garden, 10 x 5 pool (1.60 to 2 m deep), heated depending on the weather from May through September, lounge chairs.
