Attached to the house of the owners, it has independent access without vis-à-vis and offers a

- a living room of 25 m2 including a raised TV area with sofa bed.
- a kitchen dining room of 24 m2 equipped (hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker
filter, electric kettle, toaster, etc.).
- a bathroom of 6 m2 with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
- upstairs, a room of 22 m2 with a double bed of 140x200 cm.
A large covered terrace will allow you to take your meals outside or/ and park your
sheltered car.
You can also enjoy a large garden, with an arbor housing a garden,
as well as a 14 x 3.50 m swimming pool, whose access will be shared with the owners. Deckchairs and
