Gîte de la Borie Basse

A perfect setting for discovery and relaxation in the heart of the Tarn.
Near the charming village of Espérausses, this gîte invites you to enjoy nature surrounded by forests and green fields: ideal for those seeking peace and authentic landscapes.

Between forest walks and cultural excursions, explore the Monts de Lacaune or enjoy Lake La Raviège, perfect for a refreshing break. A little further, discover Tarn bastides, the Dadou Gorges or the medieval heritage of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

This semi-detached 90 m² gîte, adjoining the owners’ son’s house, offers a friendly setting for a stay with family or friends. It can host up to 4 people, combining comfort and simplicity, with amenities for all seasons.

Ground floor:
Access through a courtyard with gate ensuring privacy. Two steps lead to a small corridor with nature-themed décor opening onto the living area, including a functional kitchen, dining space and cosy lounge with pellet stove (electric heating also available) and TV. Utility room with washing machine and separate toilet.

First floor (sleeping area):
- 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed
- 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed
- Also: bathroom and separate WC.
The gîte includes Wi-Fi, baby equipment on request, and pets allowed (extra cost).

Outside, enjoy the rural setting in a shaded courtyard with garden furniture, perfect for meals or relaxation. Parking is located right next to the gîte.
The owners also have a second gîte “Lamy”, in the Sidobre (81G1453).
