Our cottage is located in the small hamlet Le Tel, in the town of Jouqueviel, located at an altitude of 500 meters. Apart from a few houses and a small church, it is the silence and the beautiful views of the Viaur valley that dominate.
The house is an old forge completely restored for a capacity of 9 people. The cottage offers a large living room with an open kitchen -fully equipped - four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large terrace with beautiful views of the garden, the pool (10x5) and the valley.
On the ground floor a second furnished kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and gas fireplace. Fridge with separate freezer.
Nearby: Albi - city classified as a UNESCO Heritage Site, Cordes sur ciel, Gaillac, the cellars, the bastides.et the Gorges de l'Aveyron (Penne, Puycelsi, Bruniquel).
Air conditioning in the attic bedrooms.
300 Euros deposit to be paid with the order by bank transfer or check. Will be returned after checking the house after departure.
The total amount excludes the deposit: 6 weeks before arrival by bank transfer or check.
