In a quiet, enclosed setting, you can enjoy its large, partially covered terrace, which features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (griddle, barbecue, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and refrigerator) as well as a shower and toilet. The private pool is secured by a retractable dome (dimensions: 8.5 x 4.5; depth ranging from 0.90 to 1.60); open from May 1, 2022, to October 31, 2022. Sun loungers are available for your use. On the ground floor, you’ll find the entryway. The lobby leads to the sleeping area, 1 bathroom (walk-in shower + bathtub) and 1 shower room (walk-in shower), 1 separate toilet, and the laundry room (sink, washer, and dryer). The first bedroom measures 11 m² and features a 140 cm bed. The second bedroom measures 14.50 m² and features a 160 cm bed. The third bedroom measures 10.50 m² with a 140 cm bed. The fourth bedroom, measuring 14.20 m², features a 160 cm bed and its own private bathroom (shower + toilet). On the first floor, the large 103 m² living area features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a dining room, a living room with a TV, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is a 32 m² loft with a 120 cm bed and armchairs. Private parking.
