In the heart of the Pays de Cocagne, this spacious and inviting stone-and-wood gîte offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay. Rolling hills, cultivated fields, farmers' markets and perched villages create the perfect backdrop for relaxation and discovery. Just a few kilometres away, explore the cobbled streets of Lautrec, the Goya Museum in Castres, or wander through Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage gem.

Tastefully decorated, the 180 m² gîte can accommodate up to 6 people. Access is via an exterior staircase leading to a bright, open living space combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with a smart TV. The wood and stone create a warm, soothing atmosphere.

On this same level:
- One bedroom with a 180x200 bed, private shower room and WC,
- One bedroom with a 180x200 bed,
- An independent bathroom with WC.

Upstairs, a cosy attic room with two 90x200 beds.

Outside, enjoy a private shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue – perfect for sunny days.

You’ll share the estate with three other accommodations (including G6011 and G6012), in a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. On site: a large solar-heated pool (12x6 m), swings, trampoline, table football, ping-pong, darts, board games, and a few animals: horses, dogs, cats and chickens.

Fibre wifi, on-site parking, wood-burning stove and electric heating, shared washing machine and dryer.
