In Ambres, in the Tarn region, this former village bakery—now converted into a spacious family home—welcomes you just a stone’s throw from Lavaur. Its location is ideal: just a short drive from the A68, near Albi, Toulouse, and the Gaillac vineyards, and in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne. The setting is both easily accessible and secluded, perfect for a getaway with friends or family.
From the house, you can explore Lavaur and its cathedral, stroll through the farmers’ markets, discover the Jardin des Martels, or venture out to the Albigese bastides, the rolling trails of the Tarn, and, of course, visit Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

With its 300 m², the house—located in the heart of the village in a residential neighborhood—accommodates up to 14 people.
On the ground floor, the house is organized around an entryway. On one side, there’s a well-equipped, functional kitchen perfect for large gatherings, a bathroom with a toilet conveniently located near the pool, and a laundry room.
On the other side is a beautiful dining area featuring a preserved bread oven, extending into a cozy living room with a smart TV and a pellet stove (fuel provided).

Upstairs, children will enjoy a dedicated playroom (DVDs, LEGO, games, etc.).
8 bedrooms (6 double and 2 single), each with a desk and storage:
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a crib
- 2 bedrooms with a 120x200 bed
- 5 bedrooms with a 140x200 bed
3 shower rooms or bathrooms, 3 toilets

Outside, everything is set up for your enjoyment: a shaded patio, a private, secure pool (8x4 m—1.2 m/1.8 m deep, covered by a dome), a fenced-in garden with no overlooking neighbors, featuring a swing, a playhouse, and playground equipment, a barbecue, and a shelter with a small fridge and a plancha grill for your summer meals.

Also on-site: a 60 m² meeting room accessible to people with disabilities, equipped with professional amenities: interactive screen, fiber-optic internet, bar area, and accessible restrooms.
