At the foot of the Montagne Noire and just steps from the Passa Païs Greenway, this large family house welcomes you for a relaxing nature-filled stay in the Tarn.

You’re at the gateway to the Montagne Noire, just a stone’s throw from the Passa Païs Greenway that links Mazamet to Bédarieux—an itinerary beloved by cyclists and hikers, lined with woodland landscapes and tunnels. A few kilometers away, you can explore Mazamet and its famous suspended footbridge, the medieval village of Hautpoul, the Lac des Montagnès for swimming, or the forests of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park.

The house accommodates up to 8 guests and is arranged around spacious, welcoming rooms.
On the ground floor, the well-equipped, separate kitchen opens onto a lovely terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The large living area combines the dining room with, a few steps up, a cozy lounge with connected TV. The double-sided fireplace adds a warm ambiance (firewood provided).

Also on this level:
– three bedrooms with 140x190 beds,
– one bathroom with bathtub,
– and a separate toilet.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor and a bright mezzanine, perfect for reading or resting. It opens onto a fourth bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a private shower room, and a separate WC.

Outside, everything is in place to enjoy sunny days:
– a large private pool (11 x 5.5 m, up to 2.80 m deep), secured by a compliant fence,
– a terrace with two areas: dining space with barbecue and a lounge area for relaxing,
– a pool house with shower and toilet,
– and a spacious, non-enclosed garden with sun and shade.
