Located on the outskirts of the city, less than 10 minutes from the centre of Albi, you will be in a quiet place without being isolated. You will be able to take advantage of a park with trees around the house.
Independent single-storey gîte, at the gates of Albi, for 8 people with a fully equipped open-plan living room/kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, etc.) + reversible air conditioning.
You will find 4 bedrooms:
- room n°1 : 2 single beds in 90*.
- room n°2 : 1 double bed in 160 + 1 shower room/WC
- room n°3 : 1 double bed in 160
- room n°4 : 1 double bed in 160
The gîte has 2 shower rooms, one of which is located in a bedroom + WC.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
You can enjoy the terrace, equipped with garden furniture/parasol and a barbecue, while admiring the view of the oak forest.
