Welcome to this independent, single-story cottage, ideally located between Albi and Gaillac, in the heart of a region rich in heritage, nature, and culinary delights.
Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will charm you with its Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, the Berbie Palace, and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. Just a few kilometers away, the Gaillac vineyards, among the oldest in France, invite you to discover their estates, their emblematic grape varieties, and their art of living.
The cottage is also an excellent base for exploring the fortified towns of the Albi region. Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi, and Lisle-sur-Tarn reveal their medieval streets, arcaded squares, and magnificent views of the Tarn countryside.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Aiguelèze water sports center and the numerous walking trails in the surrounding area.
Located on a 1200 m² plot formerly known as Le Bois du Lac, the property boasts a pleasant, gently sloping garden leading down to the river. The terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, is the perfect place to enjoy convivial meals while watching the sunset. From May to mid-October, take advantage of the spa located in the garden, sheltered under a pergola, for moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.
The interior, bright thanks to its large bay windows opening onto the terrace and garden, comprises a welcoming living area with a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a fireplace.
The cottage has two bedrooms:
- the first with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- the second with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together
A shower room with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet, complete the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
