Le chalet du Gourpat

Quite simply, the forest begins at the end of the terrace!

Le Gourpat is part of the commune of Lisle-sur-Tarn, but is not on the plain washed by the Tarn. No, here you've passed the pleasant vine-sown hillsides, and you're on the edge of the Sivens forest, in a beautiful green setting. On one side of the forest are the hillsides of the Gaillac vineyards, two thousand years old, and on the other the "Bastides albigeoises", hilltop fortified villages (Puycelci, Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Bruniquel) not forgetting the medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel.
Walks in the forest and discovering our heritage will make up the programme for your holiday. And of course a trip to Albi to discover the Episcopal City, a World Heritage Site.
Two guest houses at Le Gourpat, one for 6 people (Le Gourpat, ref 335) and the other for 4 (Le Chalet, ref G1578), which can be rented together for 10 people (Le Grand Gourpat, ref G1579).

Detached chalet close to the owners' house and another guest house (ref G335), in the middle of the woods.

Terrace, garden furniture.

Living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with plenty of natural light through large picture windows.

Double bedroom on ground floor, shower room and wc. Upstairs, under the eaves, a bedroom with two children's beds. Wood-burning stove.

With us, you can get to know our three donkeys and our pony, and all our other animals, on the meadows around the guest house, looking for eggs in the henhouse and, depending on the season, picking your own vegetables...
