At the gateway to Albi, in the north-eastern Tarn, Saint-Jean-de-Marcel welcomes you between the Ségala and the Cérou Valley. This green region is ideal for a relaxing break with family or friends, in peaceful surroundings yet close to remarkable sites. Discover Albi and its Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Further afield, don’t miss Cordes-sur-Ciel, Najac, or the picturesque villages of the Viaur Valley. Hiking trails, farmers’ markets, hilltop villages and rural heritage promise a stay full of discoveries.

Set in this scenic environment, this large independent house is designed to accommodate up to 12 people in complete comfort. With a surface area of 240 m², the gîte is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday, including reversible air conditioning in every room and Wi-Fi access.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to:
- One side: a spacious modern kitchen with a large dining table and a cosy living room with a smart TV,
- The other side: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and private shower room, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, via a beautiful wooden staircase:
- One family room for 4 with a 160x200 bed and two 90x190 beds, private shower room and toilet,
- Two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed,
- One bedroom with a 140x200 bed,
- A bathroom with double walk-in shower,
- Separate WC.

An adjoining building houses a billiard room on the first floor — perfect for your relaxing evenings.

Outside, a large covered terrace overlooks the private swimming pool (8x4 m, 1.40 m deep) secured with a roller shutter. A sauna, outdoor shower, sun loungers and bean bags complete this inviting leisure area. You’ll also enjoy a pétanque court, enclosed garden, table tennis and darts. A plancha is available for outdoor dining. Private parking next to the house.
