In Lavaur, in the Pays de Cocagne, this self-catering accommodation—located next door to the owners’ home—serves as a convenient base for exploring the Tarn while enjoying a pleasant and well-equipped setting. Its location allows for quick access to downtown and major roads, while remaining close to the typical landscapes of the Tarn countryside. Day trips are easy to organize to Saint-Alain Cathedral, the Martels Gardens, the village of Lautrec, or Cordes-sur-Ciel. Albi, with its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City, can also be explored at your own pace over the course of a day.

The accommodation, entirely on one level, is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and is well-equipped for this capacity. It consists of two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. This layout allows for a seamless experience without the need to share facilities and is suitable for both two couples and a family.

The central living area features a living room with a smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen (with a Tassimo coffee maker and a bean-to-cup machine). Outside, the covered terrace under a bioclimatic pergola offers a sheltered space for meals or relaxation, opening directly onto the shared garden. The heated pool (14 x 5 m, maximum depth 1.45 m), protected by a dome, is accessible during the season.

Additionally, a wellness area featuring a sauna, steam room, and hot tub is available as an option, by reservation with the owner. A pétanque court is also available.
