The Les Terrasses de Bordes gîte offers a peaceful setting in the north of the Tarn, surrounded by lush greenery. Just a stone's throw away, the Gorges de l'Aveyron reveal their spectacular landscapes, perfect for hiking, cycling, or simply relaxing by the water. Further south, discover Cordes-sur-Ciel, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, or Albi, an episcopal city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Don't miss the charming bastides with their picturesque alleys, such as Puycelsi, Penne, and Castelnau-de-Montmiral. You are also ideally located to explore the Grésigne Forest and the famous Gaillac vineyards.

This semi-detached gîte for 4 people is perfect for an off-the-grid stay, allowing you to reconnect with nature.
Upon entering, you'll be charmed by the bright living area, illuminated by large bay windows that open onto the outdoors. The cozy lounge area with a television and wood stove creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) makes it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them in good company.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms:

One bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed.
A spacious bedroom with two 90x200 cm twin beds.
A bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC completes the space.
The gîte features a large shaded terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. A tiered garden, which inspired the name of the gîte, provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. A private parking area is also available.

You will be welcomed by the owner, who lives nearby. He shares the property with his cat, a quiet resident who enjoys basking in the sunny spots of the garden. This gîte is a wonderful place to unwind in nature, offering a peaceful escape, discovery, and simple pleasures.
