Take the opportunity to cool off at the Aquaval recreation center, featuring water slides, water games, lakes, and an adventure course... Less than 30 minutes away, you’ll find: Albi and its famous Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the Gaillac vineyards, where welcoming winemakers offer wine tastings; the Pays des Bastides and its hilltop villages; Castres with its colorful houses perched above the water, and Graulhet, the leather capital…



** THE COTTAGE **

A large, detached house, located near the owners’ home and not overlooked by neighbors.

On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo® pod coffee maker, juicer, raclette machine, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator.
- Dining room with fireplace
* From the dining room, access to a covered terrace. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee!
- Living room in the former stable featuring an antique feeding trough. Sofas and a smart TV connected to Orange TV
* Above the living room, access to the billiards room via a spiral staircase with Japanese-style steps
- Game room with foosball table, sofa, plenty of games for children, books, changing table...
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, separate toilet, and shower.

From the laundry room: access to the second covered outdoor terrace with patio furniture, a table, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

On the first floor of the house: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, and a small reading nook on the landing.
* One bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed
* Two bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, each with its own private bathroom (shower and sink)
* The fourth bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together (90x200 cm)
* A bathroom with two sinks and a large walk-in shower.

On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet
* Large master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and its own private bathroom + a 70cm children’s bed for an extra sleeping space
* The children’s suite in the attic with 4 beds (90x200 cm), all of which can be pushed together
* Bathroom with a large shower and sink.

Outdoor areas: a large garden of approximately 1 hectare surrounding the cottage and opening onto the neighboring fields. In total, there are 2 covered patios, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court next to the pool, and a swing.

Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, bar, outdoor tableware, Philips® beer dispenser (beer not included), and a plancha grill.

Fenced and heated 12x6-meter pool, ranging from 1m to 2m in depth, with a diving pit and Roman steps. The pool is open from May through the end of September.

Across from the pool, under a covered area in an old stone barn: a 5-person hot tub accessible year-round and a fitness area with an electric treadmill and yoga mat.

You can park easily in front of the cottage. A covered parking area is available for cars. You’ll share the same street as the owners to access the cottage, but the houses are separate, and each has its own living space on the opposite side with no direct line of sight between them.

For your comfort, everything is included: bed linens with beds made upon your arrival, bath towels and pool towels, household linens, and end-of-stay cleaning.
