In the heart of the “Land of Rugby,” you can explore Toulouse, the “Pink City”; Albi and its cathedral; Carcassonne, the medieval city; as well as the Montagne Noire, the Canal du Midi, and the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park.

Dating back two hundred years, the Château Noir—a newly renovated manor house—offers spacious rooms set within a wooded park spanning over one hectare and vast farmland. Its name comes from the distinctive color of the surrounding soil.

The house is equipped to accommodate ten guests across five bedrooms, all featuring new, high-quality bedding:
- four double beds
- two single beds
The house features two bathrooms and three toilets, one of which is private.

It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a large Empire-style living room, a reading and board game area, a large, bright dining room, and a laundry room. You can enjoy an enclosed and partially covered courtyard for barbecuing next to the pond with frogs and water lilies.

To cool off, there’s an above-ground pool in the garden, available for use in the summer (June through September). Two developed lakes and recreational centers are located less than half an hour away.
