Located in Lescure-d'Albigeois, in a quiet residential area, Villa Calabrisella offers you an ideal setting to discover the treasures of the Tarn and the Albigeois. Just a few minutes from Albi, whose historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you can stroll through the narrow streets of the Episcopal City or along the banks of the Tarn River to the 13th-century Old Bridge, admire the Berbie Palace, the famous Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, visit the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum...
This region, rich in history and culture, also charms visitors with its rolling landscapes, gourmet markets, and events throughout the year (carnival in February, Pause Guitare festival, etc.). This single-story cottage is attached to the owners' home, on the ground floor of a villa with other accommodations, and offers complete privacy. It features a fully equipped kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, 3-burner induction hob, filter coffee makers and Senseo machine), a living room with a sofa, television, table, and a double bed (140x190 cm). A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine, and separate toilet.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
• Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm bed, cot, 15 m²
• Bedroom 2: 140x190 cm bed, 9 m², opens onto a small covered terrace. In the hallway leading to this bedroom are two 90x190 cm bunk beds.

Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden, a private outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1 to 2.4 m), and sun loungers. A pool house with a summer kitchen completes this relaxation area, ideal for al fresco dining, equipped with an oven, induction hob, and refrigerator. A covered terrace leads directly onto the pool.

This cottage is particularly suitable for family holidays.
