After a tour of France in renowned establishments, 6 months in Asia and 2 years in London, Arnaud Caré fell in love with Le Café de Paris in Brassac. Since May 2014, he has been offering canaille dishes, a country table with today's taste.
This charming little hotel has been open since 1905, in a family atmosphere, with seven rooms, double or twin, bath or shower, wc and television.
