Created in 1986, this municipal museum relates the history of boilermaking, an ancestral skill handed down from generation to generation. An animated model, two videos and an exhibition explain the tilt hammer work and sheet metal work that have made Durfort one of the French capitals of copperware, recognised the world over since the 16th century. An exhibition of old objects and the reconstruction of a workshop will enhance your visit. For groups: open all year round by reservation.
