Legendary Trail – Maison Labastide

Thanks to the richness of its terroirs, the Maison Labastide offers tasting of the 7 types of wines of the Gaillac PDO, as well as a scenographic tour for an immersive experience from the vine to the bottle.

Since 1949, the Maison Labastide has been a major and historic player in the Gaillacois vineyards. It is the oldest and most important winery in the Tarn. With nearly 90 winegrowers and 950 hectares of vines, the Maison Labastide is the only winery in the Gaillacois to vinify grapes from the 4 distinct terroirs of the appellation. Thanks to this richness, the cellar offers the 7 types of wines of the Gaillac PDO for tasting.
Discover the Gaillac vineyard as you have never seen it before, through the LEGENDARY TOUR. Proposed by the winery, the legendary route is a unique wine tourism site in Occitania. It is the result of two years of work with a scenography agency. Immersive and innovative, these are the qualifiers of this tour which plunges the visitor into the world of vines and wine. The tour combines dreams, emotions and lessons to give visitors an unforgettable experience. New technologies are used throughout the visit: giant screens, sound and light ... each stage of the tour has its own surprises! The highlight of the show is the tasting of our wines at the end of the tour!



Legends Trail :
July and August: guided tour on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 3.30 pm.
From September to June: guided tour from Monday to Saturday by reservation for 10 people or more.
Self-guided tour all year round from Monday to Saturday: Morning from 9am and last departures at 10.30am. Afternoon from 2pm and last departure at 4.30pm. Average duration of the tour: 1 hour.
